    Sorry fellas.

    My passenger seat is taken, the lovely Mrs. dm_n_stuff is coming along.

    It's not quite an hour drive from V nova. Straight out 422, not a tough ride at all.

    And yes, it's invitation only. Once you get on the list, you're good as gold, but, Pietro had some crowd control problems in the past, which forced him to limit attendance to owners, and, ahem, their dates.

    Long as you have a ticket, you're good to go. There are guys at the entrance who check that, sometimes, but with a ticket, There's no problem that I can see.

    This will be my first year at the Reading event. I called Pietro and when I asked him where it was he wanted to know where I heard about it. Like it was a secret!

    Does anyone have any confirmation yet as to whether or not people will be allowed in before the opening time? I really want to get some good pics before it gets really buisy but i'm worried they won't let me in. :(

    Gets kind of crowded early on. I don't know exactly when they'll let you in, but the line start to form with cars before 10, that's for sure.

    Last year there were a few in the parking lot, too. Along with a shelby cobra, a checker cab and some other odds and ends.

    does any one know if spectators will be allowed this year? last year they were turning people away if they weren't registered w/Pietro... Have some friends that want to go but not sure if its worth the trip for them if they'll be turned away when we get there.

    Since it's primarily participants, everyone lines up to get in the gates, but once in the gates, I don't see why there would be any reason to have to sit in line to park in the lot.
