What if it was a 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo? It would be the ONLY side!:D

P.S. I agree Joe, I'd prefer RHD given a choice, except on a chauffeur car !

Do they do it with side strakes and 'non-girlie' steering?

So what is the future for 430 manual residuals?

    1. good as supply will be low.
    2. bad as demand will be low.
    3. Neutral as supply and demand will both be low, but balanced?

The factory obviously agreed with you, that's why they glued the gear stick on as an after-thought:D

Ah but at least you guys in the UK are given a choice. Here in Australia you can't register LHD cars for road use unless they are old.... like 30 years old.

It's not been a problem for me.

Technically they're a better car round a track as you get more vision round a clockwise circuit than you would with RHD.

Also as most cars are designed initially as LHD then converted to RHD later the brake master cylinder is on the left hand side. On a RHD car a linkage is required to transmit the brake pedal effort across the car to the left hand side resulting in reduced feel due to torsionl of the linkage.

So there you have it. RHD equals poor vision and spongy brakes :D

you have just got to remember which side the steering wheel is on in the petrol station when loads of females are looking at you thinking you are cool till you get in at the wrong side and look a total wanker

Same. The gearstick looks almost out of place stuck in there, not as nicely integrated as the older cars.
