Post a 'before' pic. My next pic will be posted next Monday. I have not stepped on the scale in two weeks, but I feel that I have probably lost 5-7 pounds in the last ten days. I was able to get into a favorite pair of shorts yesterday that I have been unable to wear in 8-12 months.

LOL! I have a pretty hearty constitution. My four food groups USED to be cheese, pasta, butter and beer but I have come a ways since then.

Well, I bought a set of bathroom scales last night, and the damn things are broken. Supposedly I weigh 244!!!!! At 6'4" I guess I can carry it reasonably well, but yikes!

The goal is 200 by September 10 (Wedding day).

Yesterday (Monday) I consumed 550 calories. I have totally lost my appetite :-(

I'm in for the poster as long as one of the lawyers on the board makes up some type of waiver the women must sign before opening in case it blinds one of them. I don't want to be held liable.

    No doubt. Here's an update:

Finally dialed up my biggest baddest buddy "Jack the Butcher" and asked if I could work out with him 3x per week. He is always looking for someone else to torment in the weight room. He benches 360, so I started out at half that.

He suggested I go out and buy only one thing, Creatine. I also bought some L-Glutamine to help with soreness afterwards and some VPX Redline to accelerate fatburning during cardio. I used the Creatine and L-Glutamine yesterday to great effect. Only minor soreness this morning.

Have been trying to do the Wax thing where you eat watery in the morning, gradually going to more solids. It leaves me starving all day. Not good.

    Here are the results:

4 days since my first post I have dropped 6 pounds now weighing in at 225. It's always easy until I get down to about 215 though. Those last 15 pounds are a real bear.

    I'll keep on truckin' though.

    Nick

hey nick, creatine works great !! especially for muscle recovery, i use it too.
but only use it for 3 weeks then off for 2 weeks then back on. also make sure you drink plenty of water with it. there is also a pill called 1 AD. also works great. you can buy it at a nutrition store for body building. the one thing you must be aware of is creatine makes you retain water so you may actually gain weight if you are not dieting. by using creatine i put on 10 lbs within 3 weeks
[ water weight ]. nick, you may want to try protein drinks for muscle recovery. if you are still going to use the creatine some make you nousious, i found this brand tastes the best with no sick after feelings. if you want it and cant find it let me know i will send you out a container of it.

Creatine makes you gain weight, not loose it. I took it when I trained also, and as mentioned above it's great for quick muscle recovery.

Nicholas how do you feel when taking redline? I've heard a lot of people complaining that it makes you feel sick (shivering and all that..).
