I was born into a Ferrari family; my dad got his F-car 2 years before I was born 42 years ago. We have every FML, every Cavallino, every Prancing Horse since their inceptions and I have read all of them including all of the important Ferrari souce books by Prunet, Merritt/Fitzgerald, Tanner, etc. Even with that background, I can say unequivocally that I have learned more about Ferrari and his cars, gotten answers to F-questions I have had for years, and have been able to have more personal dialog w/ knowledgable F-folks all over the world in the last 3 years as a member of F-chat than in the previous 20. Although I mostly hang out in Vintage (cough-bikini thread-cough), in my opinion, F-chat is the most important Ferrari-community creation since the FCA was born 44-some years ago.

Hmm, even if you worked 24/7 all last year that's a total of 8640 hours x $1.25 = $10,800. Don't quit your day job It's a labor of love........
