    I have a Bosch generator from a 1937 Mercedes 230 that needs new bearings and a thorough checkover. I am looking for a shop that knows these older things and is as close to Pasadena or Calabassas as possible.

    Also, if anyone has any leads for a head gasket for this engine, that would be good too - or a shop that can fabricate one....

    They specialize in vintage stuff and should be able to help. They share space with Vanderploeg Motors, which can probably take care of the gasket.
