Last Tuesday at Pocono. There was no track photographer there that day so I took my own pictures. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Awesome BBLM as well. 550's are fun on the track, if not exactly light on their feet (nor on fuel). Here's a couple of shots of me last April 1st. Thanks to the photographers! Great pics onno. I used to live next door to the track (and for a while in Jan Lammers' old home also in zandvoort!), I was there every day...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVnNVx6ZHv4 . Toyo R888 335/30/18 at the rear, 600lbs front springs and 400 at the rear great on the track either on slipery roads .
Stock shocks, stock bushings, front springs 600lbs, rear springs 400lbs, front spacers 25mm, rear spacers 40mm, rear rims wider an inch to suit tires 335/30/18, lower 25mm, toe front 0, toe rear 6mm, camber front 2', camber rear 2'30'' , stock disc brakes, Ferodo DS2500 pads . This is the set up either for track and public road for 3 years along . If I am doing something wrong please let me know your opinion.
No...I have no opinion. I have not tracked my 550 to know. I am very seriously considering deleting the stock auto shock system and doing double adjustables. I hate to say it but I'll probably have to go thru several sets of springs to find what I like. Testing is a pain and cost $. I'm happy with the 550 power but the suspension is just too soft for me. I feel like I'm driving an SUV with stock suspension on a auto-x course.
Have you considered progressive rate springs? Keep some of the GT characteristics, but maybe a little better for occasional track use.
Without pain and cost you coulld go to harder springs by ratio 4/3 front/rear (600/450 or 800/600 are excellence for street use) and you could also rebuild the stock shoks and change the pistons inside the shoks for stronger rebound . The stock shocks are quite good even for track use . If someone is serious about track sould go to Ohlins .
