    Hi guys for all you 308 owners out there when ever i take my 308 gtbi euro for a drive there allways black soot on the arse end of the car i know this is from exhaust is it a sign that it's running to rich or is this common prob cheers rizzo

    It's probably running on the rich side... I don't get that on my injected 308.

    I think that is the residue from unburnt hydrocarbons. I think your cats might be nearing the end of their service life. Running rich certainly will not help the situation.
