I'd love to see some 550's with aftermarket wheels.

A guy in Wyoming emailed me for my opinion (top, middle, bottom). He said he's trying to capture the elegance of the 1960's Berlinettas, like the 275; And will keep his OEM wheels for tracking Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Mike, I'm sorry to inform and correct you however they are not CCW wheels. S.W. has CCW wheels on his 360 Modena. (Also expect to see more CCW equipped Ferrari's through out the next month I've already sold a few sets to members on here, should be interesting seeing how they look on different colors). The wheels on that 550 are Fikse wheels. If anybody is interested I can get either the Fikse wheels for the 550. Or a custom set of CCW SP500's (you'd be the first in the world). Forza, Kevin
those wheels are amazing! so they are produced by Novitec? Or they are original Ferrari and Novitec is the name of the model? Do you know how much can they cost? thanks
Well the SP500's are very easy to confuse with the Fikse due to the similair design however when you see the pricetag the difference is easy to see. And many of SW's cars have been CCW equipped including his Vipers, 360, Supras, Corvettes, and a few others so I saw where the confusion came from.
They're expensive. Novitec Rosso is a new F-Chat sponsor, so I don't know if there are any discounts available, but regular price on these wheels (Model NF-2) is about $6600.00 for a set of four for the Maranello. I believe they also require spacers for the rear, which adds another $500.00. So, figuare about $7100.00 for a set, plus tires, mounting, balancing, etc. To me, they look amazing on the Maranello, but the only other wheel I truly like on the Maranello is the standard 19-ich wheel for the 575M. Incidentally, to my eye, the Novitec wheels seem quite similar to the wheels offered on the F430.
VicG - thanks for the info. This car does look amazing with these rims! This is the way the Maranello should look. Best combo I have seen. Do you have more pics of the car / interior?

Man - there are so many nice wheels out there for the Maranello. Great pics guys! The Mistral and Challenge look awesome too.
WOW!! that car looks amazing! i've always preferred maranellos in blue or grey, but those pics make me wanna re-think that! and those wheels are the first aftermarket wheels i like better than the stockers on a maranello. got any hi-res versions of those pics?
there's a blingity 550 in FoSV, or there was when i last visited. light blue w/ chorme wheels. i'll take pics next time i go. real shame, though. i love those novitec wheels! i'm generally not a fan of aftermarket wheels on ferraris, but those look great!
