I searched the archives and couldn't find a definite answer. So here it is. The 360 wheel fits on a 348 TS/TB with no modifications (mine is a 1991). You can use your original 348 wheel bolts and NO spacers are needed. In fact the wheel acts as a spacer, it pushes out the front wheel 17.5 mm's and the rear 41.7mm (inclusive of the extra inch in width of the new rim).

    So to sum

    1. Original wheel bolts used (no need for new ones).
    2. No spacers needed to make wheel fit.
    3. Wheels fit as if you were to put 17.5mm spacer on front with 348 wheel.
    4. Wheels fit as if you were to put 41.7mm spacer on rear with 348 wheel.
    5. Wheel does not rub on lip of fender ( I do not track my car so I don't know what characteristics it would produce being driven very hard.

Thanks for the info, I'd always wondered what the real facts were.

Ahh, because of the 25mm spacers they used on the 93-95 348s to widen the track! Its all coming together now. So to sum up..

89'-92' 348s are a straight bolt on using same bolts and no spacers
93-95 348s need 55mm instead of the 80mm OEM bolts because you remove the 25mm spacers on the rear....thus 25mm less on the wheel bolt......because....if you were to use OEM bolts and the OEM 25mm spacer, the wheel would stick out too far as it would stick out 66.7mm with the 41.7mm that wheel adds just by itself.

Ok, it only took me a year to figure this one out!

Good info, though I think that only the Spiders automatically had the track increase (because the GTB's were entered in Challenge?) - and it was done with a bigger offset in the wheel, not a spacer. A few bolts is no problem either way.

Nice to know the 360's would fit straight on, might have to look out for a set.
