    Got home last night and found a box in front of my door; rushing inside, i dropped all my stuff so i could see what was inside... Loe and behold, a Ferrari 355 Challenge from Slag_328... Thank you, Jerry, i really appreciate it...

    Although i insisted it was unnecessary, Jerry went out of his way to find out which Ferrari i didn't have yet, found one, bought it and sent it to me... Very generous of you, buddy, thank you...

    Here's some pictures of the newest addition to "The Shelf"...

    I like how those challenge series cars look - Looks a bit like Rob's 355.

    You're the man, Jerry, thank you...! It's the third car i have in that Hot Wheels "dirty racecar" series... i love the way they look... i have the 360 C from FoH and the 250 GTO; thanks a lot, i really appreciate it... :)

    that looks realy nice, i saw one on ebay the other day, but decided against it as i brought a Mclaren F1 instead

    I like that also - I think I have seen them for around $25. It is called a WHIPS model, I think it's hot wheels. It has blinged out chrome rims and a white interior. Anyone know why they call it WHIPS?

    Pat, more on that white 360 Spider here...

    Slag, one of the more youthful slang terms used to refer to cars is the word "whip"... "Hey, that's a phat whip..." or "Damn, his whip is BUSTED!", etc. ... Adding to that, they decided to appeal to the younger, "bling-bling" crowd and adorn the car with bigger, chrome-like wheels... i HAD to have it... :) i have 6 360s...

    Yellow 360 Spider Challenge
    White 360 Spider (WHIPS)
    Hot Wheels 360 Challenge
    FoH 360 Challenge

    Now you've kicked me off on the 355s... :)

    A little shop called cool rides in the Santa Ana Main Place mall. They also had the silver 360 challenge. Also had a Countach made by Auto Art that looked pretty cool.

    i had a dream about a 1:18 metallic, pearl white countach last night... It was in some bin in some store for $2.50... The little price sticker said: "$2.50 dba FREE"

    It was really weird... In the bin next to it was a "maroon" 360 Modena... Not Rossa Barchetta or Rosso Fiorano, it was maroon...

    i gotta stop eating so late... :)

    Al, thank you; unfortunately, i do not... i'm all thumbs when it comes to stuff like that... i can handle the "Skill Level: 2" models that snap together, but anything beyond that is beyond me...

    Here's a picture (okay, 4) of 4 cars i DIDN'T have to build, :D, but i appreciate them all the same... :)
