Jeez...sure wished I had waited for this baby. Got too antsy and paid three time more than I should have. Gee, I feel bad....could have had this real zinger and 40K to boot.
...it's not the worst replica that's ever been posted on F-Chat. And the only reason why I haven't picked it up is that there's no room in my tool shed for it.
I agree, i thought it was real untill the interior. This is a very good replica if I do say. Compared to all these other ones out there, you can till this guy put some hard work into it to get his dream car. Can't blame him for that. Just compare the two replicas below, the top being the one discussed in this thread. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
If this guy brought the TR to a ferrari event and parked it along with a row of F-cars, most people will never know the difference! Just keep the engine lid down and tint the windows.
What's with the seam across the roof that starts behind the rear side windows? I don't recall seeing that on real TRs.
Reminds me of the Highlights For Children magazine drawings, where one has to pick out the differences between two pictures--in this case a kit replica versus the real thing. Kinda fun actually...
What gets me is all the lies and misrepresentations...original TR wheels? Ferrari Testarossa leather seats? Right....
