That scam is so old, if you go to Yahoo.com and look up autos, you will see almost all good deals are this scam, you will end up with this same story. I have led a couple of them for a while and they get really mad and start freaking out. You can tell they are not from around this country since they start mispelling alot and don't know how to put a sentence together the proper way. Just look for the really cheap cars like a $25k Ferrari 355, etc, and email them and you will see a version of the email. They get tiring after a while and I wished they could stop them or just delete the ads but I guess there is nothing they can do about it. I even have seen it on a M3 that I tried to buy and won on Ebay but then the seller asked me to send the money to London with Western Union. You can probably figure that out. I made a complaint and found out the Ebay Identity was stolen and the real person for that Ebay Identity didn't know about the whole situation. My point to this, don't let these people take advantage of us but I am sure most of you are intelligent enought not to fall for something of this kind.

 

this is hilarious, as if anyone cares if he had health problems.. scam scam scam...stay away from it, unless he delivers it to your door, with all the papers...and he wont.

If you check this out on Ebay you will notice that it is a unbelievable price, the ad is for a Cadillace Escalade while the title is for a BMW. It also tells you not to contact him through the Ebay email but through another one. Kind of funny. You guys can take it from there.

 

Sadly I can pull up 800-900 scams off ebay and autotrader alone. Nothing we can do but report the ones we see.

yes, this is no good... You can get a 355 Berlinetta for barely 90, 000...so a 360spider seems fishy being priced that cheap.

 

After sending him an email a while back, I finally got his reply... Since I have family in Greece and my cousin is an importer/exporter specifically with Greece, I am thinking of playing along for a while. I need to contact my cousin first to see if he wants to play along.
