I believe he was referring to the downstairs area where the pre-owned cars are displayed.

Much has been written about Non-Ferrari owners perceptions of people who do own them - e.g. snobs, overcompensating, etc. etc.
Our Blue Ferrari fan here has summed up how most of us owners here feel, as well as others who wish to own/just like 'em... and feeling like I am better than another person because I have an "exotic" just ain't the feeling I get!
I consider myself fortunate, and some of the best times I have driving it are when I'm alone in the car, alone on the road. I've never really needed the feeling that others are envious of me to enjoy anything I own. Spread some love!

I have a question. And i dont mean to be sarcastic, even though this may sound like it. I am really serious. How exactly do the Ferrari dealers want the customers to act? I realize what the guy in Las Vegas did and i agree with the dealership. Throw him out. But the attitude is what puzzles me. I am 16 years years old and have been to a few Ferrari dealerships around the country. Florida, California, and here in Seattle, but we have never really been approached by the salespeople. We arent poor and we dont arrive in some old beat down car. A stock Lincoln Navigator. We have money and my dad actually wants to buy a 308 but we are never approacheed seriously. My dada has had long conversations with salespeople but never aout pirchasing a car. I guesss that point im gettin at is do the dealers want people to show that they have money and are serious, or do they want the people to step back a while and then ask about buying a certain model after a little while of chit chatting. Once again this is a serious question, so please dont think i am being a sarcastic blank(ill let you think of a word). It would be good info for my future purchase (hopefully) froma ferrari dealer. Thanks Matt

Your dad could buy a 308 outside of a dealership if that is what he is having problems with the dealer. I think alot of the problems is with the new models, where you truly need to be rich to buy the limited amount of cars. I also see through some posts, is that people who are truly "rich" and want to buy, don't put on a show. By this, they don't get dress up, but they'll come in dirty, or in casual clothes, ect.
