    Hi all,
I have an original B/W photo of a 275 GTB registration CNM 456C. It has a #168 on the side. I've hunted high and low, but just cannot find any info on it. The only lead i have is that the photo was possibly taken by a guy called Ray Stewart.
If anyone can shed some light on this car to accompany my photo, i would be most grateful.

    Thanks
    Paul.

    Hi Vince,
I would, but my scanner has packed up at the moment. I'll try and take a photo instead.

A mr. Jackson parked 275 GTB s/n 07397 between those plates for a while in mid 1960s. Have no notes of any events, but clearly he entered an unknown event in his time! Best wishes, Kare

    Thankyou Kare,
The only reference to that s/n has the registation plate "DYX 3C". Maybe it was re-registered?

What a great foto of a great car being used as it should. Thanks for sharing. Try and get a nice scan of it if you don't mind.

I have it first on "DYX 3C" with a Mr. Spooner (Spencer???), then on "JM 265" with Jack Maurice, then on "CNM 456C" with M. F. Jackson, then sold to John Bekaert (still using same plates?) and finally with Tony Michaels on "LUM 1" (in 1969) - so 4 different plates in 1960's alone!

I think this photo was taken at the Prescott Hillclimb in Gloucestershire, England.

The hill is owned by the Bugatti Owners Club and prior to 1967 the Ferrari Owners Club was a subsiary of the BOC. Events often had classes for both marques.
