Im in just about to buy my first Ferrari 360 (fingers crossed) But i feel I might be wearing the wrong watch to go with the car ! You may laugh, but I would like to know what watches owners of 360's wear with there cars.
Big question that man, i were a 5K breitling when driving, but my boss has a 160K diamond Cartier and drives in that. Take ya pick
Mines a Zietner Commando Chronograph, very cheap just like me Just right for my Testa Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Mines a Cartier Ferrari watch bought in Andorra in 1990 ,when i bought the 348ts It was a lot of money to me then but not quite a hundred an sixty grand Perhaps Dale Ferguson could make an offer keep it with the car hahahahah Ps it is nice and friendly on F/chat again long may it continue RAY360M
You need some Zymol on that m8 then you will really have a shine ..... Ray 360M PS only joking it looks really great ,nice car
I have... White gold/white dial/black croco Rolex Daytona Stainless steel/black dial Rolex Daytona 44m Panerai GMT (various straps) Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chrono ... my next watch is probably a Girard Perregeux WWTC or an IWC Portugese Chrono. As for a recommendation - can't go wrong with a 44m Panerai with black dial and tan strap - pick up a nice one for £2400. A great Italian watch for a great Italian car! Good suggestion Noony - I love Daytonas, but they are pricey for what they are - £6k for a Stainless Steel (£3500 list price) and £11K for gold.
It looks brilliant M8 credit to you . Shows great minds think alike ,look at times .. Regards RAY360M
Well I currently wear a Rolex Yachtmaster, I have bought and sold on a Rolex Daytona (black face) Went to try a Breitling Bentley, but it was way too bling for me. The Yachtmaster seems to be too 'old' old for the 360. Well ive got enough time before the right car turns up.
Blancpain Flyback (stainless/stainless, black face), Zenith El Primero (stainless/brown leather, white face), Omega Seamaster Pro Chrono (stainless/stainless, blue face). Noony - funny you should say that as I've been tempted recently. Especially since they stopped badly implementing the Zenith movement But as LWR550 notes, they're 5.5-6k. And I'm not sure they're worth it (when the list price is 3.5k). Will have to see how weak I get in the coming months, but a Daytona would be cool There are some nice GP's around too. But I'm not wholly convinced about the ones carrying the Cavallino...can't make my mind up whether it's cheap, or cool...I'm on the former at present sadly.
I'm with you on the Ferrari GP's. Panerai has just signed the deal to be the Ferrari official watch maker - I may feel differently when I see one of those...
I hope Panerai manage to retain the style they have at the moment, some of the new Puma Ferrari merchandise is pretty tacky .
What every gentleman Ferrari owner should have is a UNIQUE Audemars Piguet 18 ct chronagraph full skeleton watch! And I just happen to have one surplus to requirements!
I don't have a 360 but do have the 3 watches laying on my desk. Sorry about the repro quality but you might recognise them. One cost £38 and I only wear it on special occassions, another cost £140 and I wear it every day the last cost £2,800 and I never wear it. I guess its called value for money!
