20 degree weather, 6 inches of snow last night and 40 mph winds today....it was a sacrilidge to take that car out into this weather!! Anyway, the car looks great, all went well. Many thanks to Passport (car arrived ahead of schedule, friendly driver, great service), they are a class act. Also thanks to Martin and Mike!! Got the car inside warm, safe and sound w/ it's new brothers. Getting TUBI and test pipes for it next week. I have a new found appreciation for the 348!!

Not to get off on a tangent, but after Janelle's and my last visit to S.B. a couple weeks ago, we had our minds made up to move to that area. That is until we found out housing costs are currently at a peak and the schools suck (lack of funding=lack of quality teachers, is what we heard). I LOVE FL man!!

The 95 Spider is the best. With a Tubi, it should sound even better. Enjoy.

    Very nice.

On another note, I'm surprised you have not yet received your slap on the wrist for posting a model-specific thread in a non model-specific forum!

Don't worry, I'm not a member of the F-Chat Police!

This brings up a question I always ask myself when I talk to people from what my dad, who never brought home anything more "exotic" than a VW (our import), always called "the" North (I grew up in "the" South, aka Atlanta) -

Why do you live there man? Not fun. Give me 9 months of spring and 3 months of heat anyday.

But again, nice car (cars). When will you be able to drive them? May?

Ken, it's my dad's car, not mine. :)
Steve, I ask myself that question 9 months out of the year, "why do we live here?", but my 2 young daughters would miss their grandparents dearly if we moved. We are planning on moving south in 10 years when my youngest graduates from high school, probably south FL. I'll get the TR out in April. My dad is trying to sell the 308, so the stable will be reduced. :(

As a relative newcomer to the US I have always found the people from the upper midwest the easiest to get along with. Calm, civilized, robust, reliable, well educated, and good fun too. Perhaps it is that Scandinavian down to eath-ness, but then again, my neighbour in Dallas was a Native American from that area, and he was like that.
If I could handle 7 months of 'real' winter I would pack up and move to Minnesota.
but I can't......... Noo Jeysey snow is already too much for me. San Diego is more my choice climatologically ;)

    Jerrari,

What color is your 348? Is that pozzi? I believe the top is blue or is it.
    Interior color too?

    Very nice car.
