Has anyone used the Redline 40dcnf throttle bodies to convert a carb'd car into fuel injected? If so, how did it work out? Just wondering.

I can't say I am familar with them . Do you have a site URL?
In any event, there is a lot more to it than the throttle bodies, ECU's, Pumps, sensors, etc.......

As a kid, I upgraded the carb on my KR-2 kit plane to an Ellison Throttle Body Injector.

That Ellison Throttle Body Injector is a beautiful thing...easily the cheapest, most reliable way to convert from a carb to fuel injection...no computers...no electronics...just injects fuel right where your old carb once sat.

Wonderful performance. Very reliable throttle (important when flying).

If you don't use an Ellison Throttle Body Injector to convert from a carb to fuel injection, then you are going to be spending $$ for an ECU, new wiring harness, fuel inectors, and lots of new plumbing...and that's all fine and good, especially for fine cars like Ferrari's where doing things the right way counts for something.

But if you want bolt-on convenience at a low, low price to get the precision of fuel injection...then the Ellison Throttle Body Injector is the quick, easy way to go. They've got all sorts of sizes to match up with how much fuel you need. It's just two pieces, the Ellison Throttle Body Injector itself and an airbox sized for your engine. Remove your carb, bolt on the Ellison Throttle Body Injector and the airbox and you are good to go from then on.

Checked out the website - it does look pretty cool.
The EFS-2, good for 30 - 85 hp and most appropriate I think for multiple throttle bodies on a Ferrari, has been discontinued. The next EFS-3 is for 85 - 140 hp, a bit much for individual tbs (and $825 apiece). I suppose one could plug the K-jetronic injector ports, use the stock plenum and replace the old throttle body with a EFS-5 (up to 260 hp, $1700) for a stock 308 or EFS-10 (300 - 350hp, $2034) to eliminate the Kjet, but individual TBs would still outflow it.
I forget where, but there is something similar for mortorcycles, multiple small aftermarket performance throttle bodies, that might be a better size.
