He failed to mention that he was sitting in the car naked at the time. Now now Al.......don't get too excited...you are married after all. Meeeeeeeeee The side strakes are what make the car!!!!! Makes more of an impression than a 355. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sy, you realy have got to give me warning before you post pics of ya 348 man, so i can stop my self from falling out of my chair laughing
This is easily the most ridiculous thread I've ever read on F-chat. And why does it seem like everyone is only comparing the spider version of each car? Hasn't anyone ever told you that convertibles are for pretentious girls who like to draw attention and be seen with the wind in their hair? Real men want driver's cars, and those can only be coupes--less weight, more rigidity, and better aerodynamics. Refute. There's more nonsense for you.
I'll bite. Real men drive with their tops down..er..I mean, convertible tops down because it's more dangerous! Girly men drive Maseratis Cambiacorsa Spiders!!! <-- Just kidding, I'd love to have one! Well, not with the cambiacorsa, er..um. Yeah! Agreed, it is a ridiculous thread, ridiculously entertaining!!! LOL
bash one out over this Go on admit it guys. You bought a 348 because you're too POOR to buy a 355 . Image Unavailable, Please Login
Where are you getting this from? I've read some stuff (mainly in Sports Car Market magazine) about poor reliability on the 348, but I don't know how accurate this is - they seem rather biased against the 348. And SCM did say that a lot of the issues were fixed on the later cars. The 348 owners on here seem pretty happy with their cars. I talked to a lot of people about reliability before I decided to buy a 355 and basically everyone I spoke to told me it was very reliable. Two highly respected independant dealers told me that they give less trouble than 360s. One well know weak point on 355s is the exhaust manifolds - I believe you can get cheap(er) replacements now. There were some valve guide issues on early cars, but if these haven't surfaced by now they never will. The clutches can wear out quickly on F1s (this probably applies to other models with F1 boxes) but they are quite easy to replace. That's all the common problems I've heard of.
Well **** me theres another set of real 355 wheels on a real 355.....god theres another Now dont wet ya selfs all you 348 owners, its ok, dont cry, and yes these are the real Mcoy Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
