Fchat Dinner Gathering in Monterey!

As most of you attending Monterey know there was supposed to be a gathering at the Chart House which fell apart. I have since secured a very nice restaurant with a large private room in Monterey. Basically a prime steak and seafood restaurant. Valet parking, good food, and the ability to accomodate a large group.

What I need to know ASAP is the number of F-chatters who are willing to commit to attend this gathering. The cost per person (their least expensive group menu is $42 plus 18% gratuity and 7.25% tax for a total of about $52 per person. The menu includes an appetizer, salad, a choice of entrees, dessert, and coffee.

I guess the previous gathering fell through the hole because of a deposit requirement. I am willing to personally guarantee the reservation via a deposit based on the responses from all of you. However, we need at least 20-25 people and no more than about 40 people.

If you are 99% sure you are going to attend please send me an email or PM me right away with your contact info. I need a head count. Once again the parking is valet and we will have a secured area for the cars. We will also have a private room. The dinner will be Friday night around 7:30pm or so.
