Since FerrariAds has been down for several days now, I hope you'll fogive me for using the forum for an ad. I'm going to be listing my 2004 Modena on eBay if I don't sell it within a few days. I've got a 430 coming at the end of the month, and I need to make room in the garage. This is a one-owner, US model, 6-speed coupe, Tour de France Blue over Tan, modular wheels, Shields, Capristo exhaust, and power seats. All manuals, keys, tools, car cover, etc, of course included. Excellent as new condition, with 18 months of warranty remaining. 6800 miles. I'm offering it in the low 160's for a quick sale. This is by far the lowest price you'll see on an '04. PM me for photos and more details. Finders fee for any help finding a buyer.

Gary: That's a great price. I can vouch for the pristine condition of Gary's 360 -- drives and looks like new.

As an aside, my 430 arrived at the dealer earlier this afternoon -- going through PDI. I'm getting a little excited. ;)

Having seen Gary's car, I too can vouch for it. It's one of the few 360s out there that really makes me want one. Hopefully someone smart will realize what a great car this is.

    Thanks, Patrick.

I'm not sure what I'm going do with the CS. If I can find it a good home, I may let it go. We'll see. :)

The asking price for this car is more than fair, what a beauty. I would buy it in a heart beat if I wasn't waitin for my toy a year from now.....

Maybe too much instruments for you. After sitting where you have for so many years, I can only assume you have pulled one too many paddles, gears, levers, etc. :)

Never enough gears and levers. Getting the timing and coordination *just right* is what makes flying (and driving) so much fun.

I am nowhere near close to being in the market for such a car but I have to say, in my opinion, that is the ultimate color combo. I hope that when I am in the league to buy such a car, Ferrari still makes that color.

P.S. - If you REALLY want to trade for a 2002 Subaru WRX, let me know...

even the interior looks better with the 6speed...i agree. i drove the f1 and the 6speed back to back extensively befor e i bought my 6 speed...the f1 is video game cool, but the novelty wore out after a while....to each his own, but to me, the essence of sports car driving is steering and controlling the clutch, and throttle and gear lever together..it takes more effort, and its slower, but its more involving and more fun....and this way, the wife cant take it out!!!!

Car sold today, delivered to a very nice guy who lives in the Sacramento area. His brother owns a Ford GT (one of the first, paid accordingly) and my buyer tells me he prefers the 360 even at the same price as the GT. He doesn't like the GT seats, and says he got tired of looking at the headliner, and said the 360 build quality appeared MUCH superior. He also said "but dyno" indicated very little difference in performance between the GT and my 360, and that my car seemed stronger than the other 360 he test drove.

Interestingly enough, I was paying for an ad in DuPont registry, and got ZERO response. My eBay ad did generate a lot of interest, but no offers I couldn't refuse. But my buyer contacted me from the Ferrariads ad I had running! Thanks, Rob, you provide a valuable service.

Now I'm Ferrari-less for 3 weeks or so, and I have to consider a name change here on FChat.

Well, aren't you going to have to change that name to say "430" as well?

BTW, did you use to drive your 360 on Arastradero often? I was on that road a couple times and saw a 360 like yours a few times.

Congrats on the sale, Gary! You're moving through cars too quickly! The M3, 360, and now the 430 - what's next?? :D
