How to adjust a 328 window?

I replaced a lift mechanism in my 328. Everything's back together correctly, but the window has a gap of about an inch at the top. I took the motor out and ran the window up with a rachet, so I know the motor isn't the issue.

I simply cannot find any adjustments for the window location. Anyone worked on one of these?

Thanks Greg, but no pullies or cables on a 328.

I'm comparing the old and new lifts, and it seems that I'm a victim of Italian quality control -- the new piece just doesn't lift as high. Going to have to modify it a bit to clear an obstruction.
