Well it may be a little bit overdue, but I have finally produced a work emergency window crank for the 308's. Because of my low volume...pricing is steeper than what I had hoped. I am planning to offer these on E-bay, however thought I would offer them to F-Chatter's at a reduced rate. Cost will be $35 + S&H to my fellow board members. I f I can get enough people interested, costs may go down, but the priced is based on a 50 piece production run. If interested, please send me a message or sign up here.

    Thanks!

Just to answer a few questions....

    1. Shipping will be $6 for everyone just to make life easier
    2. I'm going to take "pre-orders" on here for about a week, production will
    take about 2 weeks.
3.When everything is ready to go, I'll post both my address for those that want to send checks or money orders, as well as paypal info for those that want to use a credit card here on the forum.

So we're looking at 3 weeks. perhaps 2 if my vendors are speedy. This run is for 50 pcs (unless there is a HUGE demand) right now there are 44 left. Thank you to all, and I ask this in return. Put your thinking caps on and think of other things that we all commonly need and that is not currently offered. If there is any volume, I'll look into doing a run of that item...however 1 of this and 2 of that, simply are not cost effective to manufacture. Thanks again to everyone!

does anyone with a vehicle OTHER than a 308 know if this type of handle will fit their car as well? I'm wondering if the 328, Mondial and TR are similar.

    Myles,
I have an '83 Mondial and a '77 308. The 308 window crank does NOT fit the Mondial. Just one data point.

There are 42 units left and I am sorry to say....with over 800 views...only 8 people have expressed interest. If I can not generate larger volume...I'm afraid that will not be able to go ahead with production...I will loose my shirt...so lets hope some interest picks up!

Are you counting all the threads and the ad at FerrariAds.com? I posted a reply on the ad and I posted a reply in the thread in the classic section. Maybe you should have a mod merge the threads to avoid any confusion. I hope you get enough to go forward with this.

Just an update.....everyones window cranks are being plated, should be only a few more days. Sorry for the delay, but I absolutely hammered my vendor with "real projects" actually associated with my job!
