How do you decide which one to drive?
I see some people have, say, a 550M and a 360M, how do you choose which to drive?

I sometimes walk into the garage, look at both cars (360/550), and take the one that gives me the biggest smile at that moment. :)

Nearest clean car. If raining, weather, the throwaway piece. If the good cars are already dirty, use them. They don't melt. OK, maybe up north. ;)

I drive the Slutmobile when its nice & sunny

If the AC is working in the 512TR coupe I'll drive that if its too hot

I let my cousin drive the Countach because he loves that car

when I need to park somewhere w no worries I take the Vette

The F40 is too much for the road so I excercise her on the track

Honestly, I think if I had the money to buy exotics, (Say, I had $100k), I think I'd get a 456 6sp, and use that every day. Rain/Sun. Long Trips/Traffic, too. I honestly think that'd be perfect, why would you need anything else? I'd also get like, a $12k Honda Civic that'll last forever no matter what, so incase my 456 decides to not work on me.

Once I get one a little dusty I drive it. When I wash it, I get the other clean one out and get it dusty. Then I drive it. You get the picture.

I could realistically handle 2-3 exotics, but anything above I think it would be hard. I would feel like I might neglect a car. To me it would be the same as having a big dog in a small apartment. It just wouldnt be fair to the car. And of course people are going to say, "you just change cars every day in a cycle", But realitically you know that you have a favorite and you are going to have a least favorite of the bunch, and that one will be the one that sits more.

Red Mondial t coupe on nice days to go out for a good meal and perhaps some shopping and just enjoy a beautiful car. Stays at home in "bed" in our large shop if the weather is not so good.

Citron Green MB C 320C when comfort, a/c, quick shifting and fast driving are in order or wishing one was driving on the roads in Germany instead of the crappy roads in Texas dealing with incompetent drivers.

Caspian Blue MB SLK350 when it's time to drive with the top down and a fast, shorter throw shifting two seater is in order.

All three remain clean and covered and ready to go for whatever mood strikes at the time.

Get a battery tender on your cars and they will be hot all the time. They are cheap and they work. A trickle charger at 1.5 amps is what I use with an authomatic shut off. I had a battery in a MB last 11 years cause I kept it on a charger.

Your right about that. That was a tuff pill to swallow. Let's see 15k for wiring less savings on battery $125. I'd say the dealer made a little on that transaction.

That's also the bad part. I wish I could rack up more miles but in business it's hard to show up in an exotic.
