As some of you might know, or might not, I was on the hunt for some 360 Fender badges for my FCar.

I did get alot of responses from Fchatters and such..

    I ended up purshasing some from a Fchatter : Yoshi (Nero308) :

and I am not attempting to plug him, but I must admit and comment on the level of service he has showed me.....

I ordered the badges on a thuursday, and wanted them overnighted to me, well I ordered them too late on thursday so they would be shipped on friday, thus getting them on a monday, WITHOUT hesitation Yoshi, shipped them overnight with SATURDAY delivery, this is at min a 25$ additional charge, and mind you he gave me a Fchat discount to boot, but didnt even request for me to pay the extra cost.

He truley understood the "need" that I wanted them, and had plans of getting them installed over the weekend ,etc..

So once I am done painting my calipers, I will post a tribute pic....

I can not say it enough times, but I will be buying more of his products, as they are GRADE A++

You cant go wrong with Yoshi!!! (his website, etc is listed in his profile)

UPS adds $10 for Saturday I thought and the post office is open Saturday so it is non-issue with them I thought.

and even if it was only $1.00, the point being, he went above and beyond :)

Lord, I want some of those Yoshi shields too... I'm just a little worried that it might look silly on a 348.

Badges are more personal preference. And with that said, here is the 308 here 'money shot' :)

FYI: the center rim emblems are enamel from Kinesis Motorsports.

    Steven,

May I ask how you applied them? Peel and stick? They look fantastic. Now, I'm considering buying a set.

    Nice job.

I will add here, as previously, my enthusiastic endorsement of Yoshi's shields. Have a set on my 328. They fit perfectly and look superb.

Many thanks Dane as it was a simply peel and stick operation really. Still debate getting the fenders pounded in, but this would be done in a fashion better than the factory current offers with new models as factory emblems stick out and i would want perfectly level installation to insure proper aerodynamics.

Yes, that is being a bit retentive, but i can't believe the factory does not make their shields perfectly flush for the over $1,000 option they charge. ANYTHING that sticks out like that will have an aero affect and naturally one would want to reduce/eliminate said situations. Yoshi's shields are thinner than factory (and i bet lighter too, a good thing) so sticking them on is not as awkward as the thicker factory emblems. Humbly said, i have the funds for factory emblems, yet weight and thickness issues were also considered so i went with Yoshi's emblems.

NOTE: frankly ANY added weight to the car is a bad thing. Have been busy calculating investment vs. weight loss and the badges were a preference. In reality it would be better to not have the sheilds, yet i made a descision based on a preference over pure engineering/developement. Welcome to my personal 'living hell' ;)

Well, technically, the North American cars should display NART badges, you know.....

That's what I have, on all of my Ferraris.............

Alas, no. Whenever i stop tracking the car and get around to polishing her i will take another one and post it here. Track day on Thursday and then she will be off to the mechanics to lose 15+ lbs and more upgrades...

    Steven,

IMO, pounding in the fenders just wouldn't be worth the cost. Your car looks fantastic as is. Again, JMO. Thanks for the response.

Gotta chime in as well, Yoshi has a great product, and offers wonderful service. Had a minor issue, but Yoshi handled it promptly and without question!

I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Regards,
    Dave

I like the Bardinon "Mas du Clos" badges myself. Have a set, not on a car anymore.
How about an FChat Police car badge, Yoshi? Look good on the SA
