I got this plan from a good friend of mine. Shows the latest Tilke plan of a new F1 track in Capetown. The track will be located next to the International airport.

A contract with Bernie might be signed before the end of this year.

I love the idea of having a South African GP again one of these years.

Awesome! I hope they bring back a GP to SA. I visited South Africa back in 2000, beautiful country. If they bring this track as part of the F1 circuit, it'll give me another excuse to go back. :D

That is a pretty cool layout and really efficient use of space...

Nice track! Looks like a lot of fast sweepers - high g corners. Looks like the Becketts corners in the first sector. Hope there is some elevation changes.

But they should bring this track back - it felt fantastic in Grand prix Legends with nice elevation changes and all

Agreed in principle. It also feels fantastic in the P4 simulator.

Maybe it is not up-to-date from a safety standpoint.

I always believe I was born 50 years too late - I could have otherwise seen Nuvolari and Varzi dice each other in the 30s, seen Fangio and Clark in action on all the great tracks - old Spa, Kyalami, Nurburgring, etc., bought my GTO for $6000 and retired a millionaire

I was old enough to watch on TV with my own eyes what I consider mankind's greatest achievement to this date: Landing on the moon. So I'm not complaining. If I live long enough I just might see them land on Mars. Compared to that F1 and racecars are peanuts in my book.
    :)
