I was wondering how many and which models have been spotted or reside in idaho?
I saw a 360CS on the 17th of August, and a red 348 yesterday. Never thought in a million years I'd see a CS in Idaho, let alone with Idaho plates. There's an Azzuro California (that's not spelled right, is it?) 360 Spider that tootles around downtown. Others I've seen: White Testarossa Green 456 Yellow 348 Spider Blue 355 Spider Red 308 And that's all I can think or right now!
Hopefully there will be a bunch at the italian car fest coming up in eagle. Theres another show also near the mall I believe in boise where ferraris can show up. You ever take your 308? You should consider DTV! I'm going to attend these shows and hopefully some owners will show up Wow man I've yet to spot a single ferrari here myself lots of nice cars but never any ferraris. I was told by the Ferrari club of america that about 5 owners are registered in Idaho so your list is about right though more is likely
Oh man I think almost a year ago. It was on Warm Springs Ave. But you just moved yourself/your 308 up here, right? Oh and I forgot about the silver 575 in Eagle! When's the Italian Car Show? I always seem to miss it.
Andrew, Yes, I've been working out of Boise for the past year but still live in NC; don't ask, long story! The 308 is in Boise but I've only had her for a couple of months. YES! When is the car show?? I'll check Hemmings to see if there's anything listed there. I'm flying into Boise next week for ten days. Maybe there's a chance it's during my stay. Dane EDIT: The car show is in Eagle on 10 Oct 05. Bummer, I won't be in town. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yep thats the show. Nice 308! Any chance I could catch a ride/see it in person while your here? hehe The 575 is my fave thus far. Hopefully it will be at the show. Definetly a bummer you can't make the show
Damn that does suck that you won't be able to make it! Oh well, there's always next year! Hopefully I'll see you/your car around town though!
There is also a black 575 with modulars somewhere in Idaho. The owner drove it all the way over to the track day on the 30th at PR and the car currently has 25,000 miles on it!
I was just in Meridian/Bosie this week. Was hoping to see a fellow F-car owner but no luck. Did'nt drive mine there though, flew in. Kurt ________________________________ There is nothing like a Ferrari, there never has been and never will be!
Last June while traveling from Montana we stopped in Wallace, Id. and chatted with a lady in an antique store who said that her ex-boyfriend drove a 308 and lived in CD. Don't know if you consider Couer D' lene to be Idaho.
Of course I consider it Idaho! I need to get off my ass and drive up to wallace and CD some time I've yet to go up north maybe next summer.
Hey Joshua and Dane, I don't know if you guys' would be interested, but some of us from a local car forum are getting together for a End of Summer Drive on September 18th. We'll be hitting some windy roads between Pine and Featherville. Roughly 40 minutes from Mountain Home. Here's a link to the thread on ISR: Link Members from Idaho Street Racing and Idaho Motorsports should be there.
Andrew, Thank you for the invite. There's a good chance I will still be working at your departure time of 1000. Would you mind PMing your cell number so I could try and meet you guys later? Dane
