We haven't been there in 16 years, but back then dead bodies used to be left at our shipping doors. People walking into the office were always being robbed. I hear it's gotten worse since then.

We can work on them at Don Galbraith's. I am the shop manager. Two of my mechanics used to be Algar mechanics back in the '70s. They both then moved on to work for Tim Holt when Holt had a shop over in Jersey. The one mechanic really knows and loves the old Dinos, we just got finished some mechanics on a '73 gts left a couple weeks ago. Between the two of them pretty much all the problems can be sorted out. Rich the one mechanic is our main engine rebuilder, back in the 70s he worked for Garthwright importers (I think that was the name) and had the duties of rebuilding all east coast 308 engine warranty repairs. He is a real down to earth mechanic who knows how to get the car fixed, even if he has to build a part from scratch. Gary the other mechanic is a real wizard at suspensions, and setting cars up to factory spec. I am still amazed at some of the work he is able to do in such tight quarters. These two mechanics have pretty much worked together at the same places for almost 30 years. Gary came to Don Galbraith's about 13 years ago, Rich has been here for almost 10 or so. We are located in devon on waterloo rd above the post office. We're an open shop and our customers are free to meet and discuss some jobs with the mechanics. Anyone can feel free to call us @ 610-964-0477

Very nice, thanks. I was just trying to get some info on local repair shops for Fcars just in case we take a car to algar for some reason... my dad is going to be looking for a 550 or 360 this winter.

We bought my car (M3) from Tim Holt last year, but my dad has known him since the late 80's because my dad got involved with Ferraris then... he told me Tim had some great cars. Good guy.
