Terms of Use explains the proper procedure to notify FerrariChat.com if you are the copyright holder of pictures that have been illegally posted on FerrariChat.com. Several months ago Wyo properly notified me through his lawyer and also talking with my hosts legal department. Its all a pain in the ass and I hate being threatened with lawsuits, but he is technically in the legal right. You post copyrighted pictures from Wyo and you will get a temp ban. I realize that some of you and even Darth, didn't realize the serious legal situation I was in, thus I have to handle it seriously. In most other cases besides Wyo, if I am notified about copyright infringement properly from something you have posted, I will just remove it, notify you, but no ban unless you continue. Listen, I'm not making enough money even without lawsuits! More than even subscribing, you can help contribute by not getting me sued! Another note is read the Terms of Use, the most liable person is the user that illegally posts the copyrighted images. So it is for your own good to comply. Go through all your "smart ass response" pics and make sure none of them are Wyo's. That might be the case if copying someone else's P-Chop and you don't even know it. Thanks, rob
Why does someone who has threatened a lawsuit still have access to the site? You have to be a registered user to see the pics. You should just block the state of Wyoming -- there's nobody there anyway.
Yes, I asked the same question to Wyo. His response was he had two id's!!! Problem is I don't know who it is and probably will never know. His old main account of Wyo550 or whatever is of course perm banned.

There are a few videos on his site of him driving around and singing to the camera. Unfortunately it doesn't look like anyone wanted to join him on these romps since he literally sets up the camera on the side of the road, drives past it, then comes back and collects it. Over and over.
