    Dave,

In May I drove down to Monte Carlo in my 348 Spider with two others in a 348 ts and a 911 turbo for a friends birthday party, had a great time driving round the circuit.

We then went on to Gabicce Mare in Italy for a week, then back to Monte Carlo for the Grand Prix.

The other two went back home while I went back to Gabicce for another week, driving up to Maranello for the day and a factory visit.

Drove back home via Switzerland and into Germany for a visit to Wuppertal to see a friend.

Three & half weeks 7,500 Kilometres, 300kph in Italy and Germany and still going like a train, and will be going back next year to Italy and then into Spain.

Also went to North Wales last weekend (LOL).

    Regards,
    Phil.

Bought my 575 three weeks ago with 2000 miles - done 3000 since. I took the car, on the day I got it, to a friend's wedding in Vienna.

I think I am going to fly next time I have to be somwhere 1000 milles away from good ol' Hertsfordshire.

Just back from a trip to Maranello. Driving round Fiorano:D

Try to do one decent European trip a year and I've had my car 5 years now.

Drove down to Maranello 18 months ago to do the factory tour.

To Hockenheim for the German GP in 2002 via a lap of the Nurburgring Nordschleife, of course!

To Spa for the Ferrari days in 2003. Managed to spin off into the kitty litter at Pouhon during one of the on track sessions...

To Monza for the Italian GP in 2001. Mont Blanc was still shut, so I went a bit further south. Didn't look far on the map! Turned out to be all goat tracks and hairpins up the side of Alps, often with no barrier. I spent about 20 minutes following an Italian army truck with half-a-dozen soldiers leaning out the back and grinning as I was totally unable to get past for want of visibility of more than about 10 yards of the road ahead.

    All wonderful, though!!!!
