I've got 225/60 R14s on my 308 and needed some new ones. It looks like Michellin has discontinued the Pilot XTGH4 225/60 R14s. Tire Rack doesn't show any more H rated 14s. A Google cache shows that as of February Tire Rack still carried them. I did find some at superbuytires.com. Ordering through them was a complete PITA but I did get them a few days ago.

205/70H14's are available from Tire Rack in the Sumitomo's. I've got a set and several others have posted here they like them. It is the OEM size for the early 14" 308's. Don't know where you'll find 225/60's though..sorry.

225-60's are to small. the equivlent size of the OEM 70's would be a 245 -60 - 14. I am running 235-60's but not H rated. Don't need them under a 100 and if I trip up to triple digits no problem. Last I knew BF Goodrich made a 245-60 - 14 which is the right size.
