    My 2000 360 modena went into would not start mode. I installed a ground directly to the car and engine and another that bypassed the disconect battery switch. My car now starts and runs well with this fix. Has anyone else had this problem. I am wondering if it is the switch itself or the battery ground that might be the problem or something else.

    Most likely it is the cut-off switch in the front trunk area. They do go bad.

    I'm having the same problem. I lost all power to the car so I put a ohm meter on the grounding cable of the batter and connected the other end to chassis ground and it was open. So I traced the ground cable to the battery on/off switch under the front hood and the cable was good all the way to the switch. I then checked the switch itself and it was good. The problem now is from the other end of the switch to chassis ground.

    Does anyone have a wiring diagram? Seems like the cable from that on off switch to common ground is bad but I cant seem to trace it without taking the whole front of the car apart.

    I may do the bypass like you did also. How did you do it?
