My 360 is going in to have a recall job done in a few weeks, so what should I expect from the dealer in the way of courtesy car or them picking the car up on a low loader ?
At the end of the day whey should my car have 80 miles put on it for a mistake made by the factory !!!
Some of you would have been in the same situation, your views will be appeciated .

    cheers Jim

My 575M has been away for over 3 weeks now and I expect it has been road tested again and again, I hate to think what mileage they have done in it!!!!!!

Ferrari will give you a courtesy car if its their problem, call them in Maranello if the dealer doesn't, they asked me that question when they called me last week when the factory after sales people called, has the dealer given you a car. Yes a Maser QP, nice but not a red 575M on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

I had recall work done on my 360, IIRC they sent a covered transporter for it, and returned it in the same fashion. The dealer I use used to organise transporters even for collecting cars for service, but it's now chargeable.

I never even considered a loan car, but if DaveJ wangles a Maserati, maybe I'll ask for one next time.;)

What about warranty work - would they come out on a low loader then (and suitable replacement) ?
