Reset my trip odometer when I filled the tank as per usual this week. Since then both my trip and cumulative odo have ceased to function. Couldn't find anything of use in my WSM for diagnosing. I'm open to suggestion. Steve,Phil,Jeff ?? :)

    TIA.

If the speedometer is still working, the problem has to be within the gauge itself.

If you need help with getting the gauge cluster out, give a shout -- the TR WSM is truly woeful in giving any useful details about how the interior is assembled/disassembled.

Tach and speedo are fine so I kinda figured it was odo itself. Are these things serviceable or am I likely looking at a replacement ? If it's not serviceable I'll hold off digging it out until I have the replacement.

But knowing this car it could very well start working again next weekend :D

I had the same problem on a SL and a 928 turned out to be a broken gear on both. I took them to a local shop on the westbank of New Orleans and they were fixed in minutes. The TR odometer should be of the same cnstruction
