Are you guys not worried you may all get separated in traffic and end up driving round London on your own?

I wish you all the best and really hope it's a success but you know what London traffic is like

Everyone will be provided with maps a few days before the event and also on the day. The route itself is quite condensed and we might have some meeting points.

Thanks, but Dem has helped out a lot as well.

Not as far as I know.

We have around 20 cars confirmed plus 11 more still to confirm.

With 23 people coming along to the Sanderson afterwards.

No worries - right now it's a 650 yard lap, so it'll be nice and tight as we'll be the traffic!

Sy, the area behind the Albert Hall is always pretty full because of residents' bays and parking meters. What about the area in front of the Hall, alongside the park? Single yellow line, bus lane inactive on weekends but sufficient to discourage most drivers from parking there, althought they are entitled to.

Thanks for the tip about the TR. I shall park on the street.

Spoke to my missus about this. She wants to know if there's any chance of making Louis Vuitton on Sloane street a 'point of interest' so the parade could wait while she nips in and exchanges a bag for another one? Might come if she can.

Tell her you'll do it, pop in, get a refund, and go and buy the one she's asked for at Petticoat Lane, with the change you should be able to afford a Tubi for the new motor!:D

I'm afraid that I'm going to have to cry off from this (which is a shame, as I was looking forward to it!) because of my wheel incident (http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=76338) - I don't want to put any miles on it until the wheel has been checked and repaired and the rear suspension geometry checked and re-aligned as necessary.

Have a great time guys, make sure there's plenty of pics for us to enjoy.

    Route has been created.

We'll be emailing it out hopefully tomorrow so everyone can have a look and advise us of any comments or chnages that should be made.

A few non-Poseurs have asked to know where the start will be.

If there are no objections, we'll post the start location up.

If only because the psotman arrived today - consider that round 1 of something that could get very nasty :)

Not sure it's a good idea to make the start point public knowledge (press, cops, and other undesirables ;) ).
