I grew up in Olde Oaks right off T.C Jester. We moved to The Greens section on N. Southern in 89. I have not lived in the area since about 94.

 

So you were around when Hakeem lived behind Mac? I remember in the early 80's he let me and a friend get in his Porsche 928s and I thought it was the coolest car ever Then I found out about Lamborghini a few months later and things have never changed

 

Where you impressed by it? Did'nt do anything for me after I got past the initial shock of seeing it.

 

Yeah. I only saw him one time though I think.

 

I saw a silver one on Memorial a few weeks back. Prolly the same one. Sounded good. I did not find it very visually stimulating though.

 

A silver CGT with yellow calipers was parked at The Grotto on Westheimer/610 last night 9/30. MAN!! A 512TR, SL65, and a CGT all within 2 weeks, AND it's right around the corner from my apartment, I gotta try the Grotto.

Saw a silver Rolls-Royce Phantom last Thursday before the hurricane on 290 and 34th/Antione Exit. Had "Rap-a-Lot" on the license plate or somewhere, I can't remember. 22's and the whole shabang. The car is EXTREMELY massive and I really wasn't impressed by it.

you sure it wasn't a seal grey CGT? my friend just got his a few days ago and we were there the night you posted... but his is SG with the terracota interior. regardless, they are beautiful cars.

I saw an F40 at the Swiss Garage a few days ago. Took off on Alabama towards Kirby, floored it. Amazing. A red blur of bliss.

Recently purchased deep red 355 Spider on Sping Cypress near Champions Blvd. Still had dealer tags. Saw it twice in 24 hours. Owner looked quite pleased.

 

Im interested but my limit is $35,000. Plus im getting a C230 Kompressor. Not even close to an M5 but still German and sexy...
