You sound like the pit voice in NASCAR 2003 sim when entering the pitlane.

Well everyone, I had planned to attend this drive, but work conflicts have sprung up at the very last minute.
Have fun and enjoy what looks to be a great fall day.

Well, we had a nice little drive with Carla, her friend, Rick, Frank, Frankie and at the tail end Dan and his buddy. Along the way we made some friends at "Beverage 66" with an extended foto op that ended with everybody in their very own T-Shirt. Kewl.

I'll post pics as soon as FChat lets me again. We're experiencing upgrade pains...

Jenny, Chelle and Haley, you were missed.

Yes,we had an absolutely beautiful day for a nice little drive. And,the thing about this drive is that it's not too long. But,it can also be expanded on.

And we did miss those that couldn't make it.... But,we had a nice day. And,got some Free "Route 66" T- Shirts,as Andreas mentioned. The food was fantastic at Del Rhea's. I will try to post some pix.....

Nice pics, but a bit strange, Michelle left 14 hours ago to go to the drive in the Lambo. No word from her at all today. HMMM.....go figure....guess it is a lot like the GTO...you just dont know...LOL

Who's replica is more authentic? Ferrari parts, powerplant, engine and performance statistics, dimensions, etc? Either of you have the Miami Vice sunglasses in the glovebox? I guess Tifosi12 is Tubbs due to the facial hair. Next time we see Rick, will it be with Bikini clad girls? Might be hard to do despite such flashy rides. Afterall, October is upon us.

Partswise mine is closer. Performancewise Rick is closer. But we both fail miserably compared to what my British friends are driving. I got a chance to snatch a ride on my recent trip to the UK and their 12 cylinder Jag based replicars are only distinguishable by the people who know these cars pretty well. Only a few minor pointers in the interior give it away (mondane things such as the style of the A/C turn knob button or the non askew H gate shifter plate). As soon as I have sorted my 1,000+ pics I'll post some shots of that Daytona. Hard to spot the proverbial ten differences. Oh, and the sound: More gutteral than that of a real 250 GTO. I can tell, because they had plenty of those there as well.
