    Has anybody ever used a larger capacity or faster acting valve than the one used by Ferrari? I came across a unit being advertised by Durable-1 and am wondering if it will improve brake 'feel' in a turbo engined car?

    Any comments appreciated.

    I have installed the valve and it made a noticeable reduction in brake pedal effort - note a huge difference but worth doing.

    The check valve opens at a lower value, enabeling more vacuum to work on the booster. Simple and effective.

    Thanks for the quick replies. Dr. Cosgrove, did the search and found the thread. I am going to get me one of those babies!!!

    As I recall, Kermit had volunteered to send one of the units to a neutral party for evaluation and I forget who that was. I never did read the result. Chris, was that you?

    As in the thread i started on the above link, and eventually got moderated... Like you, the valve is a keeper! On the street is is great and on the track... well, you KNOW how important track braking is and like you, it is a keeper.
