In this case, you take information from a site where people have to pay to access, and you distribute the picture in a free space like ferrarichat. But life goes on...
It sounds like Gerald nor Carbon, own the rights to the picture, Marcel just gave the FML permission to use it. Marcel still owns all rights to the picture, commercial use or not.

no idea, i just recall reading that Edvar said that 131883 was registered in hawaii. its possible it was registered in NJ, ive never seen anything to suggest that but that doesnt mean it isnt possible
