1.) Not sure where that picture was taken, but definitely not Hong Kong. 2.) The one in the picture is a SL, not a SLK.
and CLK-GTR and XJ220 and Diablo GTR and CGT and SLR there might be even more hiding somewhere.. cheers!
I remember I went to a private parking garage in Aberdeen with a friend one day, and I saw the LHD Diablo GTR, XJ220, AM Vanquish, 2 64 Mustangs, and some others. Supposedly some guy own all those and many more. BTW, I wonder if anyone in HK bought a Ford GT yet..
Here's one that I saw. Sorry about the picture quality...taken with my old cell phone. And another I pulled off the net somewhere, but quite clearly in Hong Kong. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
hi NA1, Why is there no number plate on the front of the enzo? (the pic of the enzo running beside the bus.)
There was one SLK from BRABUS that was imported to HK before, it was a V8 version pumping out 400+hp i think.
The Enzo can't be registered in HK because its LHD. Therefore, Enzo owners hang a trade plate on it if they want to drive it on the road. That particular Enzo's front trade plate is probably on the dashboard, tucked up agains the windscreen. This is a popular thing to do since there is little or no space to hang it off the front of an Enzo. On a side note, a lot of owners simply use a trade plate to by-pass the registration tax...
Banduga's right. In fact, the other Enzo that I was following (small photo) had its trade plate hanging just down below the right rear set of lights. That photo was taken just outside of Italian Motors in Kowloon Bay actually, and we had been absolutely flying down that section of road before we saw the traffic policeman giving a citation to the driver on the other side of the street. Hahaha...
http://www.car8.com/2cardetails.php?id=24494 The BRABUS SLK has a serious overheat problem in Hong Kong. This SLK was imported by Kingsway and took 1 year to sell. It came back to Kingsway service center for a numerious time attempted to fix the overheat problem.
