    In the 360 spider, on the last stage of "roof down"' operation, the flaps are not rising to cover the mechanism, as a result, the operation cycle is incomplete and the power windows also do not work in the "roof down" position.Having checked the 3 ECU's behind the passenger seat and confirming that their contacts are ok andobserving visually that the flaps are not broken--what can possibly be the problem--any suggestions will be highly appreciated----

    Having the exact same issue on my 2004 360 Spider.

    I've found that the flaps do not rise into position about every other time I put the top down.

    What I do to fix it is back the roof up from full down a bit, manually massage the flaps a bit down in the recess they occupy then try again. Fixes it every time...though it really sucks to have to get out of the car to do this 50% of the time. :(
