Hi Jack. I just looked at your site and it looks great. I remember selling you a jack-kit from a 365 (I believe) it was a while ago. Damn, I believe I sold it to you way to cheap ;) Heheh, kidding. This stuff is harder and harder to find now.

    Vasco.

I have been trying to find a BBR model (BBR-0R22) of the 250GT TdF that represents the car driven by Dan Gurney at Phoenix in in March 1958. It has popped up on Ebay twice in the last 18 months and always went for a high price. I have never found it listed in catalogs, and believe only a 100 or so were made.

I would really like to find a Hotwheels 288 GTO in 1:18 at a price I am willing to pay for a Hot wheels. For some reason I just don't like the Bburago version.

    Also a F50 GT1, FXX, and F40LM all 1:18.

F-50 GT1, FXX and a Mythos. I have seen a Mythos but it was not very detailed and way over priced.

1/18th 1986 to 1989 328 GTS/B. I know there are some to be found on EBAY but I'm not wanting to pay $75 to $100 for one.

Unfortunately, Kyosho didn't make the GTS versions of the 1/18 scale 308 or 328 but here are a few custom Kyosho 308 and 328 GTS models.

    1/18 Ferrari 308/328 GTS

    Mondial Cabriolet T
    348 Spider
    575 GTC/LM
    288 GTO (HotWheels)

all in red, all in 1:18, all diecasts

    The Mondial is simply unavailable.
The 348 Spider was produced by Mira, but it's incredibly hard to find now. i saw a black one on ebay a little while ago, but the price was steep and it was in black
The 575 LeMans race car is one sick looking puppy, but short of dropping a few c-notes on a custom resin job, it isn't available. Maybe now that HotWheels is making the Superamerica convertible version of the 575M, they might do the race version as well. Who knows.
Finally, nobody makes a nice 288 GTO like the HotWheels version. The Bburago version is, well, a Bburago, and the interior is tan instead of black...won't do. The Polistil version, like all their others, is out of scale, coming closer to 1:16. (The Jouef 288 GTO Evo doesn't look bad, though it's not the same car.) Mattel, are you listening? Start production of the 288 GTO again!

I can't believe that Kyosho or Tamiya have yet to make a 1:12 288, easily the best looking Ferrari, no make that car, ever IMO!

With 1:12 F40s, F50s and Enzos available, isn't there a gaping hole in the market for the Daddy?

I pretty much can find anything... or so I thought! After years of looking I still can't find a 1983/87 BMW 325e/i/racing or whatever..... I know it's not a Ferrari, but them everybody has them in almost every model ever made...
