Money attracts crooks. Since exotics are expensive, that's where a lot of crooks go. Same goes for other big dollar items.

Fake Rolex, Ferrari scams, gold chains, etc. Crooks love this crap.

Ah, but it bears the insignia of a brave warrior, it's a true badge of honor. It's a symbol that you, among us, uniquely deserve to wear. Que Bella.

You sent a deposit of $150k without seeing the car based on conversations ?
Your faith in people fncked you.
A Florida dealer should have been your first clue.

I can't believe anyone would send a $150,000 deposit with a balance of $45,000 to be paid off upon picking up the vehicle - there's more to this story than printed. As far as Florida dealers go there are tons of crooks but there are also legit dealers - there are just so many exotics in Fl there is more opportunity for crooks. EuroMotorSport is just the latest crook keeping up the scamming tradition perfected by the Auto Toy Store. Buyers that get scammed usually asked for it.

Of course there are reputable Florida dealers, but there are also Many there who are not. Some states actually allow unethical behavior to induce business revenue. IMO Florida is one. AZ is another.
A $2000 false check was written to me by Jim Carpenter when he was in AZ. He cancelled it the moment I walked out of his shop.
After the check bounced I called the AZ AGs office and their response was basically "if you dont like it please come back and fight it".
In TX a stunt like that gets you a visit from your friendly Sheriff. Its called theft by check.
