The system had you down for a 1 year Rossa subscription, although you did receive the initial 6 month bonus for 18 months total. 4/15/04 to 10/15/05 If you paid through Paypal, then the interface is automatic and 100% accurate. If you paid by check or cc through 2Checkout, then I have to manually activate your subscription and it is possible for me to make a mistake, although I haven't yet. I've had a few users contact me when their subscription expired thinking they had a 5 year, but when confirming the financial records we found everything was correct. If you did pay by check or cc and think you paid for 5 years, then let me know and we can research for you. Thanks. Dr. S., do you know what PM or email is? I can show you how to use it someday.
Pm does not work for me as my Rossa ended, so I was way way way over my PM limit. I do not have your email and was flustered and did not look for it. As you have said that other's have had the same problem I am confused as to why you decided to be short, if not down right rude with me. (I even wrote in the first post that I cant pm.) Seriously bro, why be rude?? Perhaps a sugestion would be some sort of warning email a month out telling people it is time to re-up? Certainly would take the surprise out of it dont ya' think?

We sent one. If you didn't receive it then your account email is wrong and you need to update it or the emails are being blocked by your ISP/client. Are you saying that is our fault? I saw that you subscribed for 5 years Rossa now. So did you confirm I was right and you just had the 18 month subscription before? I can go back and research if you aren't sure, it is still possible for me to make mistakes on the cc or check payments. I like your signature. You used Paypal. It was for one year Rossa. I really don't mind checking because it is possible for me to make mistakes when manually activating a subscription from cc or check. However, paypal is all through the system and accurate.
