Are there any do's and don't in the care of the Plexiglass Engine Cover on the F40? What's the best product to use to clean it?

I use with big success the Mothers clear plastic wax. My rear window looks like a new one after so many years of exposure.
I put the "power ball" on my portable drill, low speed and buff the Lexan on both sides. Let it dry to a haze and use a micro fiber cloth to buff. I did that first on my lexan windshield on my ranch Kawa Mule. The lexan was 6 years old and real bad. My wife asked me why I removed the Lexan ??? It was so clear again.
This is no bull, get a "power ball" at any Auto Zone, it's way better than a towel.
    Good luck, worked for me

You should see Roland go crazy with that stuff! Once he gets going there is no stopping the man. Everything gets cleaned and I mean everything. But, I was there to see the Mule and the LM get the Power Ball. It really did do a great job!

I agree with the Mother's and power buff. I use both the cleaner and polish.

    Best regards,
