First of all yes I have searched and I've read many threads concerning instrument binnacle removal. I'm not worried about that, I'm trying to get the whole dash out for re-covering.

I already have the bolts in the door frame out, the stereo is removed, the instruments are removed, and the screw holding the stereo bracket is removed. I read one post that talked about four bolts underneath by the pedals but I can't seem to find any bolts under there that would possibly hold the dash in.

It seems like I have the drivers side close to being loose but the passenger side won't budge. I've been standing on my head looking under there two nights in a row and can't seem to make any progress.

Here are my two questions... does the windshield need to come out, and where are there possibly any bolts under the dash holding it in?

    Thanks for the help!

I think the glass DOES have to come out......

Can you see in the FerrariUk Parts site diagram, the retaining bolts?

...or check with Paul Newman, who has his '79 dismantled for resto.....
