    Someone told me not long ago that the speed limit in Texas had changed to 75 or 80, but they weren't sure about the number. Does anyone know anything about this or is this guy full of turkey!?

    Some counties in west Texas now have a daylight speed limit of 80 on the highways

    It's routinely pointed out to me that the 70MPH zones are only 65MPH at night....

    Last time I went thru Balmorhea, it was 125MPH! Around 3AM, though......

    They only apply to the mortals..

    Guys with V12s and the glass roofs that flip over and change colors are exempted!!!

    ** Enzo created a great car. Why do they have to be driven slow? I was inquiring due to getting a speeding ticket (81 in a 70 zone) in East Texas day before yesterday. I had heard a while back that Texas had raised the speed limit to either 75 or 80 ... at least if they have I would have grounds to protest.

    Make it out to a Track Day and blow the carbon out there!
    Traffic on the streets has just gotten nuts, and the quality of the other operators is in the toilet! They are so d@mn slow in reaction times here in Houston only three cars get to go thru per light cycle!
