Sorry to make a whole new thread for this, but does anyone know how much Enzo's are currently going for? Last I heard one went for $1.29 million.

I've noticed that they have gone "down" to about $950K. (LOL! Yeah,Right!!!...:) ) Check out Continentals' website. They have one there now. Plus, try www.ferraribuy.com they may have a few. EBay Motors, too. Still WAAAAAY out of my price range....for now,anyway....:)

Yes,the Enzo is in the "Pre Driven Automobile Section" in the New Wing in the West Side of the Building. It was in the Corner with a Car Cover on it.

And,Continental closes at 5:00PM on Sat.

The closing time explains it then...I went to see the Enzo today but nobody was willing to take the cover off for me. A bit of a bummer, but im still happy to have seen the basic shape in person!

Enzo, very impressive. 333, wow, have yet to see one in person and still admire SpeedChannel shots of a goggle clad man tearing through the English countryside. However, is that a 456 convertible? I would love to know if that is one of the elusive Sultan cars and how it came to Chicago. Even if it was a simple conversion, how much time and money does it take to do so and is it worth the effort. Most people do not know this but there is actually a European king laid to rest near Libertyville. Now we might have one of the Sultan's cars? What's next, Andreas claims he is Swiss monarch and Rick is actually a Polish Prince? Skip might be the Emperor and Bill365 his court jester but Chicago is not one of the places I think as a Monaco of the US.

David, are you talking about the Serbian King thats buried over near Libertyville?

Yeah,I saw that Red 456 Convertible at Continental. IMHO,making a Convertible using a "Fast Back" Designed Car really doesn't work. But,actually, this one really does not look bad. Kind of along the lines of a Toyota Solara Convertible. Hey,it's a one of a kind, 4 seater,12 Cylinder,Open Top Ferrari.

Have you guys seen the modified Enzo from California? It was in the last issue of Road & Track. The owner had custom doors built so it is now an open top car.

i heard that recently that lets say a enzo gets in a crash, which one just did on the 30th of october and the man died........but he was going 150mph on a public road and the car literally went into many pieces.....anway if they loose a enzo the price goes up.......so if this is true the prices of enzo's should go up soon.

The R&T car with the cut doors was a neat idea...

They are depreciating, as all new Ferraris will for a time. The 'double" in value refers to the fact MSRP was about $650K, so a $1.2M deal has been 'flipped' at 100%.......

They'll cotinue to fall, I don;t think the ones destroyed have much impact...the beauty of the MC12, THAT's the main factor, in my mind...

Having seen both, that's the nicer car.......

I think most rock stars and industry magnates that wanted one have one now...so I say they continue to fall......

Also, there have been some warranty issues with the engine, so that may come into play as well.......
