    I just received this and I quote:

    "Subject: Parental Irresponsibility

    Two if the world's rarest exotic cars, The Lamborghini Murcielago and
    the newly introduced Ferrari Enzo, crashed today in the Park Cities area of Dallas
    while street racing. There were a total of 5 teens involved. The
    Lamborghini apparently was driven by minor Courtney Shannon, daughter of
    Danny Shannon the owner of a large exotic cars dealership. The Ferarri
    Enzo, the world's rarest car, was driven by Rabecca West who's father is
    a prominant attourney. Both girls are of age 17. Three males, Andrew
    Lambert, Chase Shannon, and a third who's name has not yet been
    released, were passengers.

    Both females and two males are conditioned as stable, while the third
    male is conditioned as critical. All 5 were taken to Presbyterian of
    Dallas. Rand Allemond says "I saw the yellow one coming down the street
    and make a sharp swerve-like menouver and turn sideways while the other
    ran into it. Then they both slid into two other cars and that's when I
    ran inside to get my wife and call the police".

    The Lamborghini is valued at $280,000, and the Ferarri is valued at more

    Is this true - can anyone verify. The picture of the Enzo looks familiar.

    The title of the thread says the accident was in Plano, but the article says Park Cities.

    I live in the Park Cities and have not heard of any such accident (it's a pretty small community - only 5 square miles). Nothing in the Park Cities paper recently and no scuttlebutt at the middle school (my 10 year old would have said something.) I can give a call over to my friendly neighborhood HP police officer later today and let you know if I heard of any confirmation.

    Pure jive indeed.

    Those are two different bodyshops/salvage shops and the wreck didn't happen like that. Receiving random quotes without links to actual legit news sites should flag the BS meter.

    2) Gallardo or Murcie
    3) Enzo isn't new
    4) Enzo isn't worth $2M
    5) Enzo isn't rarest
    6) That crashed Enzo is YEARS old.
    7) That crashed Murcie is old
    8) The whole story seems pretty fishy.

    What makes sense:
    1) Typical rich 17yo girl driving.
    2) Typical that rich 17yo can't drive a 6M Murcie (Assuming it was one)
