Wow, obviously you have had some bad relationships to make this generalization. If you hang your finances on your sleeve, you will encounter more gold diggers than if you hide your true wealth. Unfortunately the amount of good looking women not already in an abusive relationship, looking for a guy who appears to have no money, is minute. In this particular situation we are talking about an 18 year old kid, so I doubt he was a financial upgrade unless his father has money. I believe this woman is either too young to commit or has a mental imbalance, probably a little of both. At the end of the day, if you do not have trust, you have nothing IMO.
