I was told by someone that the 360 has adjustable springs and so to lower it, you don't need to buy any replacement shocks.

Is this true, or were they spinning me a yarn?

The 360 (and 430) have coil-overs and are easily adjustable for ride height with no replacement parts.

So the spring seats and tubes are threaded? Does anybody have pics of OE dampers? I have a engineering DWG of something I thought to be OE 360 dampers, but they are not threaded ?!?!

I understand they are threaded and easily adjustable...but like the post below, I don't think the 360 needs to be lowered at all, unlike the 430. But if you want to, it can easily be done.

You can dial in the heigth that looks and feels the best for you driving needs. Mine is lowered 1/4" fr and 3/8 rear. No clearance issues, no rubbing, but nice tight ride control.

I'm planning on adding a set of 19" wheels in a couple of months and I want it to sit a little lower to reduce gap in the arches.

    Excellent news though.

If you change the height, is an alingment needed? I purchased a Quick Jack and started cleaning the wheel wells and suspension pieces. Noticed the spring adjustments and i'm curious.

Yes, you'll need an alignment any time you alter the suspension geometry.
